Good to know
Velo6hr accounts are provisioned by your employer through their HR system. Deleting your data removes your face template and app data; some attendance records may be retained by your employer where the law requires it (see below).
How to request deletion
- Email us from your work email at developer@tissertech.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request", or tap the button below.
- Tell us who you are — include your full name and employee code so we can verify the request.
- We verify & confirm — we confirm the request with you (and your employer where required) and process it within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Face template — permanently deleted.
- Captured images — already discarded at capture; nothing to remove.
- Device & push token — removed.
- App profile & preferences — removed from the app.
What may be retained
Your employer is the controller of your attendance and payroll records. To meet legal, tax, and labour-law obligations, they may retain attendance and location logs for a limited statutory period after deletion. These records are kept by your employer, not used for face recognition, and deleted once the retention period ends.
Withdraw consent only
If you want to stop face recognition but keep your account, you can withdraw consent instead — email us and we will delete your face template while your employer arranges an alternative attendance method.
